Horrible Horrible Horrible... Worked for Eastern Dental in Woodbridge in the 80s and always in trouble for insurance fraud and this place is the same. I can read x-ray's and I'm waiting for posts and crowns and get a call about another root canal. Do not be fooled. This is how they steal your insurance. Fake root canals. Got a root canal I didn't need then called me for a 2nd one that doesn't need it. Root canals are the best money in their pockets. I even went to another dentist to prove it and sure enough I did not need another root canal. Time to report and sue. I can't chew because of this place and that director threatened me if I can't keep my mouth open yet they numbed 3 quadrants. The law says only 2 quadrant at a time. Plus they all have bite blocks. Dentists are fresh out of school with big egos and they all suck. Please find a real dentist. Reporting for insurance fraud and reporting the director and calling a lawyer. WORST DENTISTS OF ALL TIME. TIME TO SHUT THIS THEFT DOWN. SEE YOU ALL IN COURT CRIMINALS

Horrible experience. Send my son for regular cleaning. They told him he needed filling . After it was done he couldn't bite without pain. He came back , they charged $200 just to look at it and told him not to chew on this side for few months. We ended up with paying $500 at different office and he was told the filling had a crack. Never coming back to this place

I am not sure how they are since I’ve never gotten passed the receptionist part so the rating is only about the front desk. First time I had an appointment for myself since they said they take my insurance . Okay great. I get there and they said the doctor doesn’t take my insurance . 2nd time I made an appointment for my father cause they said they take his insurance . Okay great. We get there but this part is the fault of my father that his card is inactive BUT they told us and if that’s the case WHY DID YOU NOT CALL? Both instances I’ve drove there to have my time wasted when it could have been a phone call. One of the receptionist said we weren’t sure if there were any changes .. THEN CALL!!!! Why waste my damn time driving there just to leave!!!!

Horrible experience. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and I waited an entire hour. When I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, I was told there were still two patients ahead of me—unacceptable for a routine checkup and cleaning. I’ve never had to wait that long anywhere else. The lack of organization and respect for patients’ time was frustrating. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my dental care.

Everyone made my experience Great, when ever I go to the dentist I Having Anxiety Fearful of the pain, but this time everyone made me feel at ease. They use topical analgesic, and I had no pain. The doctor and staff were just so nice made me feel like I was at home. I plan on returning every six months for my exam and cleaning.
